People may be familiar with Noah Thompson as the winner of American Idol Season 20 (2022) and his hit song “One Day Tonight,” but the version of Thompson people have seen and heard is incomplete. Now that Thompson has become comfortable with showing all the cards in his hand, he’s determined to introduce everyone to who he was, who he is and who he is becoming.
On the heels of Luke Combs’ releasing “Front Door Famous,” that was co-pinned by Thompson, he released “Upbringing,” his debut single as an independent artist in August 2024. The autobiographical tune, penned by Thompson, Lalo Guzman and Josh Dorr, is a verbal, hauntingly honest autobiographical account of Noah’s life. It’s making a big statement both musically as well as personally. Thompson is released two additional songs in 2024 and is working towards a longer project in 2025.
