The Queen Jeans Ball is an annual rock-and-roll benefit that combines the energy of a major concert with the community purpose and fundraising potential of a traditional charitable gala—without the tuxedos, formal gowns or conventional ballroom atmosphere.
The 2026 Queen Jeans Ball will take place Saturday, August 29, 2026, in the Main Hall at The Queen, 500 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the performance begins at 8:00 p.m.
This year’s musical program features:
- Jesse Malin and band
- Craig Finn of The Hold Steady
- Tommy Stinson of The Replacements, Bash & Pop, Guns and Roses and Soul Asylum
The event will benefit Donate Delaware, a nonprofit resource center that provides essential goods, durable medical equipment and rapid-response assistance to Delaware families and communities.
The 2026 Queen Jeans Ball will honor the Honorable Debra Heffernan, retiring Delaware State Representative for the 6th District, in recognition of her 16 years of public service and her work on behalf of Delaware families, public health, the environment and community well-being.
