About the Event

Featuring Dubliner John Byrne, members of the John Byrne Band, and some like-minded Pogues-loving musicians and friends. Rum and Red Roses, A Tribute to the Pogues, seeks to gather fans of Shane Mac Gowan and the Pogues and honor the songs and spirit that reignited Irish Music. They are not a recreation of The Pogues but a celebration of them that will fill your body and soul. As John says “We’re just huge fans of The Pogues. Getting to play these songs and do them proper justice in front of other fans is an honor we don’t take lightly and a joy we’ll never take for granted”
