- Thursdays: 4-6PM Box Office Open Starting 4/3

The Queen’s Box Office Hours and Info
Prefer to grab your tickets in person? The Queen’s Box Office is located at the front of the venue, 500 N. Market Street, Wilmington, DE.
- Dedicated box office hours are Wednesday from 2pm – 6pm
- Box office opens 30 minutes before showtime for all events!
You can also get your tickets online through our website or directly via Ticketmaster. We make it easy to get your tickets, however you like!

How to Get There
By Car, Uber, or Lyft:

We’re right in the heart of Wilmington, and whether you’re driving or using a rideshare, you’ll be here in no time!
By Train:
Traveling by Amtrak or SEPTA? Both services run hourly/every 2 hours. Only a 10-minute walk from the venue!
Parking Information
Finding a spot to park? There are plenty of convenient options nearby.
Street Parking
Enjoy FREE street parking after 6pm on weeknights and all weekend long! Yep, you read that right—free parking for most shows! If you do need to pay, the City of Wilmington has partnered with Parkmobile, so you can pay for your parking from the convenience of your phone. Simply use the Parkmobile app or call 1-877-727-5758.
Colonial Parking – Renaissance Centre Garage
Address for GPS: 405 N King St, Wilmington, DE 19801
This parking garage is just steps away from The Queen, making it an ideal spot for our visitors. It’s right next door, so you won’t have to walk far and has an attendant on duty during hours of operation. Plus, with the Delaware History Museum and a variety of great restaurants nearby, there’s so much to enjoy before the show!
Mid-Town Garage

Mid-Town Garage offers easy access to The Queen and a variety of dining options. With its close proximity to popular restaurants, you can grab a bite before the show or unwind afterward without worrying about parking.

What to Bring & What to Leave Behind
For your safety and enjoyment, we have a few guidelines about what you can and can’t bring into the venue:
What You Can Bring:
- We do offer a coat check, so please feel free to bring your coats and smaller bags and check them before the show.
What You Can’t Bring:
- No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue.
- Weapons, vaping, and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is allowed in our outdoor smoking section—just ask our staff to point you in the right direction!
- We have an amnesty box at the front entrance where you can safely leave items like this for the duration of the show.
Age Restrictions:
- Some of our shows carry an age restriction, this will always be noted in the event description if an age restriction does apply. If no age restriction is noted, the show is welcome for all ages. The venue itself does not carry an age restriction.
